Hello old friends! For our inaugural 2023 cooking class we are going to be making one of my favorite tried & true recipes (and an excellent freezer stocker) - pork wontons with tangy sauce and chili oil.

If you’re new here, each month I host a cooking class over Zoom for paid subscribers. In order to join you just have to become a paying member of this community: $6/month or $49/year. You can do that below! And if you can’t make class - it’s okay. I will record it and share the link with all paid subscribers.
