Sadly, Novemberâs Potato Seriesâąïž has come to a close with but we are going out with a bang and making some gnocchi together for this monthâs cooking class which will be on Wednesday, 11/30 @ 7:30pm. Iâm gonna give a couple sauce options for this class (blue cheese & fig jam OR classic brown butter sage) so you can choose your own gnocchi adventure but mostly we will be focusing on actual gnocchi productionđ€
As a reminder, cooking classes are 1 hour long via Zoom and are reserved for paid subscribers of the Food Loverâs Dispatch. (I like to think) they are fun, informative and even if you donât feel like cooking along you can drink some wine, hangout and ask questions. Win/win!
