Thanksgiving Q&A + cooking class info

Hello from one of the greatest weeks of the year: Thanksgiving week!!! I’ve got a full newsletter coming at you tomorrow with Thanksgiving recipes/thoughts but in the meantime, a couple announcements:
First things first: in lieu of a podcast interview this month, I am hosting a Thanksgiving Q&A session for paid subscribers. I’ll be posting a thread later today where you can ask me *literally anything* you want about Thanksgiving whether it be cooking, menu planning, prepping appropriately, including non-traditional things, etc…I am here for all your Thanksgiving needs.
If you’re not yet a paid subscriber you can hit the button below to join us. Subscriptions are $6/month or $49/year and include either an interview with someone who I deem to be fun/interesting/cool in the industry (or other fun things such as aforementioned Q&A) + a monthly cook-a-long via zoom.
Speaking of cool things I’m doing for paid subscribers this month…
This month’s zoom cooking class will be focused on…GNOCCHI! Everyone’s favorite potato-y pillow. Unless there are any major objections I was thinking we’d do class on Wed/Nov 30 when everyone is safely back from Thanksgiving travels - let me know your thoughts. All necessary info will be shared Monday.
Hope everyone is having a safe, happy holiday and that your bosses/families/S.O’s are giving you peace, quiet and relaxation at this time. AKA leaving you alone because we all know that the only thing better than family/friends over the holidays is the ability to be LEFT IN PEACE! :)
