I love this! Somewhat unrelated, but these reminded me of a great noodle dish I had. Have you tried Soothr in LES? Its great and their duck noodles are INCREDIBLE! If you need another NYC noodle eating friend, let me know!

I checked out Ali’i Fish Company day one—awesome poké) and then took two of my colleagues to Jame Enoteca, and the place is amazing. I’ll bet you would appreciate the house made pasta—highly recommended for anyone near LAX/El Segundo.
