Q&A: Jordan Andino

on steak fries, the moment that changed everything, and the best death bed meal answer I've ever heard

I had the best time chatting with chef, TV host, and human energizer bunny Jordan Andino this week! Can’t wait to hear what you think of this episode. In the future these these monthly pods will be reserved for paid subscribers only but I wanted to give all of you a sneak peak. If you’re a free subscriber, you can upgrade to paid below and get exclusive monthly interviews with the best humans in the food industry + beyond as well as a monthly cooking class with me.

Jordan and I could probably keep talking for three hours if no one stopped us but in the short time we had together we talked about:

  • The moment that changed everything for him

  • Our mutual disdain for steak fries

  • His mission to impact Filipinx culture in America and beyond

Plus, Jordan gives me the best and most specific answer to my death bed meal question that I’ve ever heard.

meet Gnocchi, Jordan’s insanely cute pup!!
