Last night we hosted our very first Eastern European-inspired dinner at my pop-up, Petite Pasta Joint, to raise money for Ukraine. It was such a special and rewarding night🥺 Tune into the audio attachment for my post-event debriefing!

first bite: bread borodinsky, butter, shprotik, pickled onion
buttered vareniki which we served with smoky caramelized onions and sour cream! my childhood favorite
lamb ragu over pappardelle inspired by plov
dill fettuccine, caramelized cabbage al limone
farmer’s cheese ice cream with poppyseeds and sour cherry sauce. Fin!
