ugh!!!!! so many thoughts. the rage clean is so helpful and also calms me. started therapy around 10 weeks ago and it’s been a game changer. finding the right therapist is so exhausting but when you finally feel the click it’s so worth it! love the fri check-ins keep ‘em coming 🤍 got an email ding when I needed a work break and just hearing someone who relates to the anxiety realm really helped me today. thank you x
